The Experience behind AS&S

Arihant Security & Services was founded in 2009 by Air Commodore Jugal Kumar Bhuyan (Retd.), following a distinguished 34-year career in the Indian Air Force.

Beginning his career in the Indian Airforce as a fighter pilot, he went on to lead critical operations in some of India’s most strategic environments. He commanded tactical air operations at the 6 Tactical Air Centre, Srinagar, and later served as the Air Force Component Commander for the Andaman & Nicobar Island, overseeing operations across India’s island territories.

In his final assignments, he served with the Integrated Defence Staff (IDS) and Defence Intelligence in New Delhi, contributing to high-level strategic planning and coordination.

These decades of experience built on discipline, precision, and accountability continue to shape how AS&S operates today i.e by delivering security solutions that go beyond manpower to create systems clients can truly rely on.

Mr. Dhruba Kumar Nath has been an integral part of Arihant Security & Services since its inception, working alongside Air Cmdr. Jugal Bhuyan. As the Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that every assignment is executed with consistency, discipline, and attention to detail.

With a diverse background in service-driven industries, Mr. Nath brings strong operational understanding and on-ground expertise. His deep familiarity and reach within the Northeast region, combined with his practical approach to problem-solving, allows him to manage complex requirements effectively while strengthening the company’s operational capabilities.

Within the organization, he is known for his ability to ensure that commitments are delivered without compromise. His steady leadership and hands-on involvement form a critical part of AS&S's ability to provide dependable security and manpower solutions at scale
